AN EVENING OF WINE AND MUSIC

Larufest presents an unique Evening of Wine and Music on Thursday, March 5th at 18.30 at Cable Factory, Restaurant Hima & Sali.

AT 19 The evening begins includes a guided tasting led by Juha Berglund, founder of Viinilehti, focusing on pairing wine and food. The tasting is titled “A Journey into the Body – A Winemaker’s Collected Explanations”. Participants will receive tasting notes afterwards.

AT 20 The musical programme features the international Ainola Quartet together with clarinettist Tuulia Ylönen. The concert includes works by Franz Schubert, Ludvig van Beethoven, Alexander Glazunov, and Joaquín Turina.

At the end of the evening, a light supper will be served: a savoury pie with a hearty salad and wines from Chateau Carsin.

The event will conclude at approximately 21.30.

The event is organised on a voluntary basis in support of Larufest – The Lauttasaari Music Festival, which will take place this year on June 7 and 11–14 at Lauttasaari Church and the Oodi Central Library.
